Hamster mansion
I was the mansion builder and full time human for Ms. Mochi the Hamster. I was supposed to go to Home Depot to pick up plumbing supplies for our housing project, but decided to rescue a stressed hamster instead. It was her lucky day, and it has since became one of the greatest joys of my life. Thank you, Mochi.
Triplex and duplex conversions
I was the co-investor, designer, project manager, and electrician. Passed all inspections with flying colors!
Turned a 1928 old duplex into a modern triplex, and a 1917 single family house into a Japandi style home.
